A deal is established through Whatsapp or phone* conversation between an investment specialist of Aam Aadmi Pre- Ipo Investment Pvt Ltd and the buyer on the quantity and price of identified script(s).

Deal Proccesing

Post acceptance, the buyer will *provide the KYC* (including copy of PAN, cancelled cheque, client master list (CML) and Aadhar card). The deal gets confirmed once the documents provided are in order.

Deal Completion

The buyer adds Aam Aadmi Pre- Ipo Investment Pvt Ltd as a beneficiary in their  bank, *transfers the deal amount* (as per the agreed date) and will share the payment reference ID with us.
